We are a military family looking to find a home in CA to retire to while currently living on the East coast. I found Bryan on Zillow after a mediocre experience with another real estate agent that responded to our request to view a home on Zillow. We chose him in part due to his reviews and responsiveness. Bryan is amazing to work with! We had a very diff experience with him than with another we worked with previously. He is super responsive and moves quickly when there's a home you're interested in. He came to every tour with a printout on the property, comp pricing and some background details. He gave us great guidance and we won the first home we put an offer on!
