We had a very diff experience with him than with another we worked with previously. He is super responsive and moves quickly when there's a home you're interested in. He came to every tour with a printout on the property, comp pricing and some background details. He gave us great guidance and we won the first home we put an offer on! With our previous realtor we made around 9 offers and never got a response. It just goes to show the difference when you work with someone who is experienced! I would highly recommend Bryan.
